Hi Rhonda, ~Thank You!~ :) I just want to give you a big ole' Southern hug right now. I really appreciate the info on the Crimson Mandevillas. Other bloggers had mentioned using the trellis and to be honest I was a bit intimidated about where to put it and how to even use one. I'm definitly not the yard/gardener type. ~Whew! I'll keep my eyes on them for signs of dryness. So far...so good though. Yeah!
I didn't know Wilmington was getting a "New River Pottery". That is awesome! I do miss ours here very much. The Christmas decor' was really nice and very unique. We'll take a trip for sure for it. I'm glad you told me.
~Enjoy your bloggy break! I hope all is well with you and yours. ~Melissa :)
Oh, many, many days and weeks spent in VBS! Went as a kid, taught as an adult!! Hope all goes well and you get some sleep....talk to you when you get back!
My Granddaughter will be going to VBS the 20th of July week...It's always fun for the kids...and mUCH work for the staff!!! Enjoy your break.. Warmly, Deb :)
Okay girlfriend...you've had your two weeks...so get back to blogging. I miss ya. I hope VBS was a success. You did survive, right?
We're actually in Nashville, but have settled into our hotel room for the night and I'm enjoying some computer time while George enjoys some TV sport time. LOL
Thank you for your love and prayers. He has a long road ahead of him but we'll take it one day at a time. Right now we're just hoping he can go back to work soon. He is regaining more function of his hand though and a very minimal amount of sight in his right eye. The doctors say that this gives them hope that he'll get even more improvement in the future. I hope you're having a great break and that the VBS went well or is going well! Cindy
Hi there I don't know what VBS is either. I hope it all went well and I hope you had a good vacation too. I've been missing you...hope you'll be back soon and you are doing well. Judi
I hope you've had a great summer and blogging break. When do your kids go back to school? Kaje' goes back in eight days. I'll actually miss her! It seems they get their driver's lisence and I don't see them too much anymore, lol! She's been working all summer to so she's been a busy girl. I was wondering if you've been off farming with the rest of my blogging buddies or just busy in life. I hope the Bible school went well this summer. You certainly have had your hands full. Stop by if you get bored! I miss talking to you. Cindy
Welcome to my blog! I'm delighted you stopped in to catch a glimpse of my everyday life! There is always an adventure in the making around here! My name is Rhonda, 41, and I live near the coast in North Carolina. My wonderful husband, Kevin, who spoils me beyond measure, is a true gem to behold! We were married after college, 17 years ago! We have made our home in a small town, in the same county we were both raised in! I am blessed to be a "stay at home mom" to Ashley, 16, David, 10, and an "adopted" son, Josh, 18, and two dogs, Bailey & Coco! Shopping and decorating are my passion. I also like to read and scrapbook, when I can find time, and am beginning to enjoy cooking. I love to explore little towns with dusty, dark antique/thrift stores to hunt for my next "treasure!" ...junking you could say! Love to shop and sell on Ebay and browse RMS for inspiration and ideas! (RMS ID: Southerndecor) I thank God for my Family and the life he has provided for me, but most of all, I thank Him for His mercy & gift of eternal life. I cherish most that my family and I are all saved by His wonderful grace!

God's blessings on your Bible School. I pray many unchurched young ones are reached for Christ.
